5. Operator

The operator is in charge of handling the calls from the sites users. When a user asks for assistance from the administratorís site, they will establish a conversation with the operator. The operator has all the tools needed to speed up the assistance process.

They will also not need to download or install any software, and will therefore be able to connect from any computer equipped with a browser. To log in, all they need to do is to enter the operator login and password, and their name. When a user establishes a conversation, the first message they receive will provide the name of the operator who is assisting them. If the operator has not entered their name, the user will see the login of the person who is giving assistance.
